Last night I watched the 1954 film Seven Brides For Seven Brothers. All together it was a good movie-action and singing. After Adam, the oldest brother gets married, all his other woodsmen brothers want a wife too. So after Adam's wife Milly teaches them some manners they go to the town barn dance and meet girls for each of them. But after time goes by and nothing happens, the boys kidnap their girls and bring them back to the mountain cabin. However, after Milly finds out she makes the brothers go live in the barn, while the girls sleep in the house. Over time the girls forgive and fall in love again-resulting in an ending of a six-couple marriage. The girls country dresses are very pretty and colorful, and of course perfect for dancing.

Another thing I like about the movie is that all the brothers names are alphabetical-bible names, and in the end Milly names their baby Hannah, to carry it on. What do you think?

I totally LOVE this movie. Like, it's so unrealistic, but awesome. ;) The dancing is soooo neat. haha, one of my fav shows. :)
